Pinterest has started testing augmented reality in its iOS app, the company announced on Thursday. This new feature allows users to see how products look in their homes when they’re shopping for furniture and accessories by overlaying AR images of those items onto the camera view of the user’s surroundings.

Pinterest says it plans to add more products from more brands over time, with the eventual goal being a comprehensive catalog of retailers and products from which users could make decisions about what to buy. The “try in your space” button that appears on AR-enabled pins in Pinterest’s app isn’t yet functional. But when it goes live (which Pinterest expects will happen soon), tapping on an AR-enabled product should reveal a button that lets you use AR to see how the product would look in your home.

The AR feature isn’t available for all products yet — you can only try it for things that have been marked as AR-enabled in their item descriptions.
